How can I pay my order?

A possible payment method in our online shop is purchasing on account via Klarna. To do this, selectKlarna - Pay now or laterat checkout. Immediately afterwards you can choose from various payment options (Pay in 30 days, installment payment or Pay now)

I didn't receive an order confirmation by email?

It can happen that your confirmation email is automatically assigned to your spam folder.

Please check your spam folder in advance.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Since we always strive to process the goods as quickly as possible, canceling or changing the order is unfortunately not always possible.

Are all products suitable for pregnancy/breastfeeding?

Our products are also suitable for pregnant women and nursing mothers (except: Pure Retinol Serum, Aha Serum and Vitamin a Cream)


Our serums are sterile and therefore also suitable for microneedling and self-treatment with the derma roller.

I got impurities from the products. What can I do?

No panic! Give the care products and their active ingredients time (at least 3-4 weeks) to develop. It is natural that there may be an 'aggravation' at the beginning, especially with detox products, as active ingredients such as retinol (vitamin A) promote skin renewal.

What about UV exposure?

To protect your skin, it is advisable to always use UV protection. Be especially careful when using retinol in combination with sun exposure, as this can cause pigmentation and irritation.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, Misteriozna Beauty offers free shipping for orders over €150 within Germany.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2-4 working days after receipt of payment.
