We charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order for shipping costs.

From an order value of €150.00 we deliver free of charge within Germany.

    • Standard shipping: €7.99 (instead of €13.99)
    • Free shipping: For orders over €250.00
  • Switzerland (shipping included)

    • Standard shipping: €9.99 (instead of €26.90) , €7.99  € From an order value of €100.00
    • Free shipping: For orders over €250.00
  • Remaining countries

    • Standard shipping: €19.99 (instead of €26.00)
    • Free shipping: For orders over €350.00

Delivery times

  • Germany: Delivery usually takes place within 4 to 6 working days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Schengen countries: Delivery usually takes place within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Rest of countries: Delivery usually takes place within 10 to 15 working days.

Important instructions

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for eyelashes and opened products.
  • Samples are also excluded from exchange or return.
  • Serums cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons as they do not have a safety lock.

Rejected packages:

If a package is refused, we will charge a fee of €20.00.

Shipping to Packstations

  • We also ship to packing stations. Your order will be held there for up to 7 days. For unclaimed packages, we charge a flat rate return shipping fee of €5.90 (€13.99 for returns from Schengen countries).

Incomplete or incorrect addresses

  • Please enter your delivery address completely and correctly. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, we reserve the right to contact you. Delays may occur and for returns due to incorrect address details we will charge a fee of €5.90 (€13.99 for returns from Schengen countries) if redelivery is requested.

Safety and Liability

  • Shipping processing: After your order has been shipped, the shipping service provider assumes responsibility. If the package is lost, the incident will be reported to our shipping partner (DHL) and checked.
  • Security: Our shipping partners ensure safe and reliable delivery of your order.
